the elevator was small. it seemed only one person with a bag could fit at a TIME. the air conditioning did not work, a REAL problem. i reported these issues, but i did not receive any response.

The corner room I had featured a modern kitchen and shower. The location was close to the city center. Access to the building and the room was simple using a code. Management responded quickly to my questions.

The lack of air conditioning was a minor inconvenience, particularly given the warm weather.

the location was very close to the town centre. it was in walking distance. the staff was very helpful and really clean.

the ac wasn't working at all. the shade on the terrace also wasn't working so it got hot in the afternoon. i didn't like that the living room is a bit useless.

the location is good. it is near supermarkets, tram stops and the city center. getting into the room with the codes are easy.

the check in online was complicated. i couldn't get a link working from my phone. there was only one chair in the room, even when there were facilities to cook and a big table.
